Dore Service Station Free Warranty, Refund & Customer Care Policy

The parts and labour itemised on our invoices, are guaranteed free from defect for (unless otherwise stated) twelve months or twelve thousand miles (whichever arises first) from the date of invoice. This is with the exclusion of damage arising due to driver error, from customer/third party interference, routine wear and tear, negligence, abuse or accidental damage. In the event of a potential issue which you believe may be related to work we have undertaken you should notify us immediately. The defect will be assessed and repaired free of charge providing the exclusions do not apply and is within the date or mileage specified above. Remedial repairs rectified by other garages will not be reimbursed or refunded under any circumstances. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Where parts only are supplied and are found to be defective within twelve months of the date on our invoice, a full refund will be given (this excludes second hand and used parts where different warranty terms will be expressed on our invoices). We do not accept return of any parts for refund for any other reason than defect.
